From this recipe at Big Oven. It reminded me of the fabulous paella we had in a restaurant in Michigan years ago. Great for a weeknight dinner.

    LOL..A liked it too. I've never used saffron in savory dishes before..its quite a different flavor when mixed with salt. Very interesting.
