Inspired by Julie, I divided the pizza dough to make two personal pizzas. The dough is from this recipe, but I've tweaked it each time we make pizza. This time, half the flour was replaced with whole wheat bread flour, and I omitted the oil completely. The crusts were delicious. They were topped with hummus, sauteed spinach, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. As always, we are guilty of loading the pizzas with too many goodies, but the combination was yum.
