Sperm cells have been created from a female human embryo in a breakthrough that suggests it may be possible for lesbian couples to have their own biological children.

A 'female' sperm would mean no Y chromosome. So does this mean lesbian couples could only have female children? Gay men, potentially, could have children of both sexes as long as they can find a surrogate uterus. This is going to raise some very interesting ethical questions.
Not that I don't like men, but they might need to develop other skills in order to survive.
