In another foodie experiment, I bought home three tubs of fermented soybeans, or natto. They have a slightly icky smell that I could get used to, but they also have this horrible snotty sliminess. I've tried vinegar, soy and mustard with no results. They appear doomed..unless I can find a recipe to disguise their sliminess. Hubby is campaigning for the garbage bin. I'm calling for help.
